We are looking for forward thinking experienced tech management consultants with experience working as a tech or business analyst within IT and Tech implementation projects. 

Your Role: 

• Work as a team lead, project manager, IT implementation projects or IT strategy and assessment assignments 

• Take on tech and business analyst roles to understand business requirements and needs for technology system implementation and ensure business alignment 

• Take on tech analyst roles where our team is providing strategic technology advice in IT landscape and application simplification, or process automation needs 

• Work with and lead teams within, testing, requirement gathering, process modeling or system implantation 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive IT projects  

• Be actively involved in the expansion and development of our company as a whole by engaging with our practice areas, developing offerings, driving business development, and contributing to sales

• Stay updated with industry trends, the latest developments in IT and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery. 

Your profile: 

• 3-8 years’ experience working as a tech management consultant 

• Proven track record working as an IT, tech or business analyst, team lead or junior project lead in implementation of IT systems to support enterprises 

• Experience with innovative technology areas, cloud and SaaS implementation, automation, core business systems and business platforms 

• Knowledge and a solid interest in AI technologies is a plus.

• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. 

• University educated – minimum bachelor's degree 

• Fluent Swedish and English is essential to be able to work with our customers
