We are looking senior IT and Tech transformation professional with extensive experience in driving technology transformation projects, with a focus on either core system technologies, IT strategy and governance, cloud optimization, or automation technologies

Your Role:

• Lead projects / programs / teams in various IT transformation for our clients within your niche IT specialization area

• Drive IT transformation ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

• Provide strategic advice and expertise to clients in IT strategic strategy areas within your technology specialisation focus

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams during IT transformations

• Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in IT and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.

• Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

• Lead business development activities and sales opportunities to find new assignments, projects and team deliveries for Influence Tech and your colleagues

• Be involved in the expansion and develop of our company as a whole, getting involved if our Practice areas, developing offerings, and recruitment

Your Profile:

• 10+ years of proven experience in Tech management consulting leading IT transformations, technology assessments and strategy, and IT System implementation and selection

• Experience of leading deliveries, such as ERP implementations

• Experience and flexibility to take on different roles, such Program and Project manager, Technology lead, IT Specialist and IT Strategy lead

• A proven track record of consulting business development and sales, and developing customer relationships

• Have extensive experience in one of the follow capability areas;
  • IT Strategy and technology assessments
  • Core systems (eg. ERP) expertise and business alignment
  • Automation technologies
  • Enterprise and IT System Architecture
  • IT Management and Governance
  • Cloud optimization

• Knowledge and interest in AI technologies is a benefit

• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

• Fluent Swedish and English is essential to be able to work with our customers
