Your role: 

• Lead and deliver projects and programs within IT and digital transformation, especially in the areas of core business systems (e.g. ERP), IT strategy, or automation & AI agents. 

• Work in the space between business and IT, helping clients define needs and turn them into actionable tech initiatives. 

• Act as a trusted advisor in technology assessments, system implementations, and strategic IT planning. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help clients align tech solutions with business goals. 

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development and sales. 

Who we’re looking for: 

• 6–12 years of experience in technology and management consulting, including hands-on leadership of complex and business-critical IT projects 

• Solid experience in delivering and leading projects in one or more of the following areas: 
    – ERP implementations and core system modernization 
    – Business analysis and technology/business alignment 
    – IT strategy and governance 
    – Automation technologies, including AI and agent-based solutions 
    – Cloud optimization 

• Proven ability to take on roles such as Program or Project Manager, Technology Lead, or IT Strategy Consultant 

• Strong understanding of business processes and how to align them with the right technology solutions 

• Confident in building client relationships and supporting sales and business development activities 

• University degree (Master’s or equivalent is preferred) Fluent in both Swedish and English.
